Copyright Ownership:

By default, RachelWasser.co owns copyright to all images, and reserves the right exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, display, and use those images for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes. Clients are permitted to use released photos for personal use or social media sharing. RachelWasser.co does not grant photo rights for commercial use, or selling or distributing to third parties.

 

Editing and retouching:

All edits and retouches are at the discretion of RachelWasser.co and any associates therein. Photos will be edited for color, composition and overall mood, as is seen fit by the photographer. Specialized detailed retouching to improve appearance such as skin texture or color correcting will be executed solely at the discretion of the photographer. Requests for alterations to body composition will not be granted.

 

Payment:

Payment covers the shooting time, plus a select number of photos, edited and delivered for digital download. No payment is required to book a session, however payment must be tendered upon completion of the session. No photos will be shared to a client for selection until paymnt in full has cleared. Cash, Venmo, Pay Pal, and CashApp are accepted. Payment by credit/debit card will incur a 3% service fee.

 

Additional charges:

No additional charges will apply unless a client selects additional edits outside of the number their package includes. There will be a charge of $10 per additional edit.

 

RAW files:

No RAW files will be delivered for download. RAW files will be sent to client for viewing purposes only in order to make their final selections for editing. 

 

Delivery Timeline:

Clients should allow one week for final delivery unless otherwise specified.

 

Cancellation policy:

No fees or penalties will be collected for cancellation. Clients are entitled to one cancellation and one reschedule. If continuous cancellations occur, RachelWasser.co reserves the right to refuse services.
